My friend and I play the modpack Compact Claustrophobia and use Hamachi to play through LAN without renting a server. Everytime he joins his progress in our quests gets reset. He is in my team and we have tried creating a new team and it still resets him every time. We generally go through and complete the main questline for his book but it is annoying to do so every time. Has this issue happened before? Is there anything we can do to fix it? I should also mention I use a VPN but turn it off while playing with him because he can't connect otherwise. I should also mention my own quest progress does not reset, it is only his progress that gets reset, but he can also contribute to my quests when he auto completes them up to where I am at.
