Magma Crucible from blind bag crashes game #98

I got a magma crucible (resonant) from a blind bag. I placed it and it crashed the game. When I logged back in, I had two magma crucibles. One was placed and one was in my hand. The one that was placed had non-upgrade items in its upgrade slots.
