Bug: edit item details show typeError when refresh (fixed) #119

Changes Made:

Refactored EditItemDetailPage into a Hook
EditItemDetailPage reloads itemDetails if itemDetails is not already loaded in state
Response returned by loadItemDetails() now returns an object instead of a string

Bug that was fixed:

Go to an Item's detail page owned by currentUser
Click edit button
Refresh page
