The status bar icon is too big #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make a smaller icon

It seems that it is bigger that other icons in my status bar, which makes
the height of the status bar bigger than normal.

System tested:
Microsoft Vista SP1

I've managed to solve this problem.
Changes:
* Added icon on Tools > Add-ons
* Changed style of statusbar icon

I don't think the solution provided in 1.7.1 is a good idea and the status bar 
is
heightened anyway.
Why not remain the old 16x16 icon and edit the overlay.xul like this way:
`<image src="chrome://poster/skin/status-icon-16x16.png" tooltiptext="Open 
Poster"
onclick="showPoster();"/>`
I've tried this and it looks nice.

It's to0 small for me (I am at 1440x900). See attached screenshot

I'm not certain what is being asked for now.  The icon isn't larger than the 
status bar size now.
