No Icon button #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install addon
2. Right-click on button bar and select customize
3. See that there are no icon for this addon

What is the expected output?
Having an icon button for the addon.

What do you see instead?
No icon.

What version of the product are you using?
3.1.0

On what operating system?
Win7, Firefox 7.0.1

i have install poster in my ff 11.0.after restarting my ff there is no poster 
icon at all

Still having a similar issue in 3.2.0: there is a button for Poster, but it's 
fixed to the add-on toolbar. I cannot move it to the other default toolbars, 
like navigation or bookmarks.

Since I can't use the add-on toolbar due to screen real-estate issues, I need 
to be able to move the icon for it.

Sorry, forgot to specify FF version: Firefox 16.0.2, running on Ubuntu 12.10 
(Quantal Quetzal), x86_64 architecture.
