When doing a extended whois : /whois <nick> <nick>, it would be nice if the 
parser and WhoisEvent also supported idle times from RPL_WHOISIDLE

Seems like some useful info. Should be added in Revision ab44877a10e5. If your 
wanting to test then in 10 minutes Jenkins should push out a snapshot to try.
