Exits with error if no console (stdout) is present #10

Sometimes there is no stdout/stderr found. For example, when run with "psexec 
-i".
In that case wtee exists with code 255.

It would be nice to write to specified file anyway.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 7
