This is intended It would look much more cluttered if boxes without so much information still has the same size

Reason for disagreement: It would look much neater if boxes with little information have the same size
Consider this: a very long box followed by a very short box followed by a very long box and followed by a very short box...
The short boxes are easy to be ignored and it is not appealing to the eye
Because so many of your optional fields, the formats can look random

When the client information is different, the box size for each size is different. It is not neat/aesthetic and makes it hard to see.
