Why can't you just delete that client instead of archiving it?

Team's Response

Deleting removes the user away. Whereas for archive it "hides" the client, as explained in the user story. Whether the user wants to delete or archive is up to them, and they can choose the right action accordingly. Some examples of using the archive is explained in the UG
