statDex improvements #4

statDex needs to be able to take time parameters rather than load the entirety of stats recorded. statDex also needs better access to old decklists to be able to send them to players via API. Both of these are required for #3.

statDex now has a fully functioning time filter and access to the content of archived decklists.
