added german translation and fix not all translatable strings using __d() #991

I hope I didn't introduce too many typos 😅

After realizing that the text I wanted to translate was not present in that pot file I started updating the .pot file.

While doing that I also realized, that not all translation strings are using proper __d() functions.

Therfore I adjusted those as well to make all the strings translatable via the cake_d_c/users textdomain and updated the German translation again
