Main and setup functions documented, as well as a summary on how to use howamidoing and functionality of the site!
We weren't sure if we should document create_client(app) since although its not a flask route, almost all functions within it are flask routes, and there is one rpc function within it, which we weren't sure if we should document so we left it for now, but please let us know if we need to document both or one of these!
We were having trouble viewing the links properly, but the example config file and csv should theoretically link properly, but let us know if there are any problems, thank you!
