Cancel when taking photo navigates to observation page unexpectedly #21

Reproduce steps

Take any photo and use that photo to enter observation page
Press back button and leave observation page
Take another photo and press Cancel
The page will be navigated to the observation page with first picture

Expected

After pressing Cancel at any time, the page should be navigated to upload page
