Remove red location points #31

Description

There are too many red points for MPA which is distracting.

Potential solution

We can remove those red points and keep the boundary only. Instead of pressing points to link to a webpage, we need to enable pressing on polygons.

Since there is no onTap function in polygons and there are additional works to check the tap, I instead make marker transparent and still leverage tap function in markers.
