How to change confidentiality is not clear to user #37

Description

Currently, confidentiality can only be changed on Profile page which is not very clear to the user.

Potential solution

Since we don't want the user to easily change the confidentiality for each observation, it's better to add an info icon next to confidentiality indicating that it's decided by Sharing on Profile page.
