This PR aims to improve user experience on the map.
Main changes
Remove all markers on the map to beautify the map
Add one marker on CalCOFI headquarter and corresponding link to ＣalCOFI website
Tap polygon to retreive corresponding information of MPA
Update Android and iOS environment setup to run on the latest version
