Text search functionality for observation screen #7

This includes the WoRMS text search and the confidence radio buttons. I'll be making more changes, but this seems like a good time for a merge with Chieh's changes.

@mfrants , I fixed some minor bugs and found some issues that might need more changes.

Minor bugs

observation_page.dart

Remove dependency of json_parse.dart
upload_classification.dart
Put Text in BoxFit to adjust size of text dynamically

Issue on text search

If I enter one more space in the end, the result will be "Got bad response" in aphia_record.dart.
Back button in aphia_parse.dart doesn't work
Search results are case-sensitive, e.g. Salmon and salmon will lead to totally different results
Some of vnames are blank. I'm not sure if it would be better to have something like 'Common name not found'.
