I can make an issue, but also wanted to make sure that the data attached was included.

A quick search came up with the attached zip files with shapefiles for Marine Protected Areas (MPA) and National Marine Sanctuaries (NMS), Areas of Special Biological Significance (ASBS), California underwater parks, and three zip files for outfalls.
I am working with a Sea Grant fellow on mapping CalCOFI stations in relation to relevant marine management areas. Do you know of any 'layers' that we should include such as of outflow areas or other water quality related management areas in CA?
