Hey Ben, So it looks like the only 'map' of ocean disposal sites is within this report. You will find the map of the disposal sites on Page 107 (PDF Page 141) of the report:

Spatial footprint was tiny for most sites, so added point markers with + dumps_pts · CalCOFI/scripts@b5db409 to make dumping locations plainly visible:

Polygon of footprint is visible when zooming in.
