- Avoid “should in descriptive text. “Should” is reserved in ISO for recommendations. Alternatively, convert this statement into a numbered recommendation
- Replace “The recipient or service that receives an interchange address instance either already has the interchange address class profile or should obtain the interchange address class profile definition.” with something like “The recipient or service that receives an interchange address instance may choose to validate the address against the profile, retrieving it from the register”
