Comment: each of these definitions begins with an article. definitions should not begin with an article

Proposal: unless the IEC drafting rules for terminology entries are different from ISO rules TMG believes it is better to remove the articles (the, a, a, a) from the beginning of each definition; discuss with the TMG if needed

Accepted. Used ISO/IEC 9798-1 and 9798-3 definitions for 3.14, 3.15, 3.16. For 3.17, used ISO/IEC TR 29149:2012 as source.
