I.G.N. System 1973 is already present.

Question: Is I.G.N. French or Arabic? Wikipedia says it's French, the authority-codes.csv says it's Arabic.

IGN System 1973 is a transliteration system for Arabic to Latin. This matters in the entry.

IGN is a French organization, but that doesn’t matter in our list.

This is the one in the BAC list. I think what happened was in 1971 there was a UNGEGN meeting at Beirut regarding Arabic transliteration. There were two resulting systems: Variant A was for English phonology; Variant B was for French phonology.

UNGEGN adopted Variant A (the UN Arabic system 1972). IGN proposed an "Amended Variant B" which is IGN 1973. The IGN 1973 system is clearly preferred by French-speaking countries.
