• Use aliasOf to indicate that one system code is an alias of another system code.
• Probably a good idea to have metadata for other relations as well, e.g. supercedes, relatedTo / basedOn / adoptedFrom.

Implemented, but not complete for all systems. We will need the authorities to go through their own systems to see which ones are equivalent to which.
