Regarding Nepali Transliteration System, according to a report "Report on Cartography and Reproduction of Eastern Nepal Topographic Mapping Project", the Nepali Transliteration System was developed in April 1997 for the production of topographical base maps.

So np-nep-yyyy is 1997.

We may also rename "np" as "sdn" (for "Survey Department of Nepal"), "Survey Department, Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Government of Nepal"), pending answer from their department.

• Mark in notes where total conversions occur.
• Check the introductory texts from PCGN/BGN and UNGEGN on the use of year number. Deal with it case by case, and put references where appropriate.

2020/01/20 meeting: rs-srp uses 1954 (Novi Sad Agreement). mk-mkd assigned reference "A Grammar of the Macedonian Literary Language (Skopje), Lunt, H. G., 1952." with year 1952.

Fixed in 62e29e16bfdde45f6e44f976e0dfbd6dee49be02 and 87817d25edd68edce2a816ffdf1b65e5aa9b5360.
