EWTS for Tibt -> Latn #84

Hi all, I've been invited to join Calconnect as part of my work on calendars, but I just stumbled upon this repository and wanted to suggest a few transcription systems that I thought would be useful to standardize. The most common system for Tibetan -> Latin transcription is a variant of the Wylie system called EWTS (Extended Wylie Transliteration Scheme), it is described in http://www.thlib.org/reference/transliteration/#!essay=/thl/ewts/ . Is this something that could make it to the list? If so, I'll open tickets with more suggestions if that's ok

Thanks @eroux ! We're in the process of separating the actual list from the standard itself. This means it won't be in the standard's text, but will be added to a separate registry (according to the process as defined/will be defined in the standard). Until then, we'll keep this issue open so we don't forget.

excellent, thanks!

While the separation will happen in the document, @eroux could you open the tickets with details about those systems? I'm sure we can incorporate those without affecting the document. Thanks!

@eroux I had a look at the list -- looks like the authority is the "The Tibetan and Himalayan Library". We can certainly add the authority and the system. Does THLib have other transliteration systems?
