Add a live chat feature to the website. Do we need/want this?

Would look like this at the bottom right when opened.

Would anyone from the club have access to it? I don't know if we want the dank memes to come out from the closet

No, that would be the live chat. Which specific users/groups can be allowed to respond do. It's not just a public channel. It's one on one chat like regular help desk
