Create page for materials from past workshops #92

Something along the lines of "SWIFT Academy Materials" under the resources section.

We have some material in the google drive we could put up there like the handout for the web pen testing workshop under /SWIFT Academy/Web Pen Testing/SWIFT-DWVA-handout.pdf. I'll be looking over other materials to see what would be good and post when I find something.
