Make Form Name More Obvious In Editor #191

When I have multiple forms on one site, it would be a nice reminder of which one i'm editing after i'm there.

Not just a title, but the title could be a select box to quickly switch forms. Possibly a notification if trying to switch form with unsaved changes as well.

The form name is there between "Caldera Forms" and "General Settings"

Well i'll be. Can't believe I missed that in 2 days of playing with CF.

Quick switcher would be cool still, but closing this one cause i'm blind.

I'm reopening/ renaming as I'm with @JiveDig the form name could be a lot more obvious.
