The form simply keeps replacing the first uploaded attachement with the second, although it should be able to add more then one file/attachment.
As this even happens in a complete clean install ( see https://logologics.nl/test/ ) with no other plugin but caldera, I am pretty sure this is a bug.....
According to Christie I should post it here which I did.
If I understand correctly, I am only supposed to post it here and not expect an answer and have to wait, hope that somehow this bug will be fixed, unless I buy a premium addon. If so, thats ok too, I will have to start using another contact form that handles upload of more then one file or where support fixes bugs when reported by their users I quess.

What Is The Unexpected Behaviour?
I created the form and the option to add more then one file to upload when sending a contact form. It all looks good, but after adding the first on, and then chosing "add another file" it just replaced the first file instead of adding a second one. What PHP Errors Have You Logged While Reproducing This Bug?
I followed the instructions and added define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); to my wp-config then tried to add more files then one, but could not find any file called: debug.log in my content directory.
