Amazon Associates Link Builder causes issue on Backend. If activated, you cannot edit forms. #2100

Does Your Issue Persist When You Disable All Other Plugins and Switch To The Default Theme?

No, that's the issue ;) Amazon Associates Link Builder (Version 1.4.13) causes the Problem.

What Is The Unexpected Behaviour?

With activated Amazon Associates Link Builder you can't edit Forms in Backend. The boxes/elements of the form are shown but not any content. You also cannot click anything (buttons of the menu or edit/duplicate element button). Frontend shows the form fine and it also works!

I'm also having the same issue in latest version of Caldera forms. About to buy paypal pro addon as well.. now wondering if they have any resolution for this issue.
