Does Your Issue Persist When You Disable All Other Plugins and Switch To The Default Theme?

Disabling the Caldera Forms Translation plugin that we aren't currently using fixed the issue. (didn't realize that until I saw the separate 404 error for language-picker.min.js

What Is The Unexpected Behaviour?

• Please explain what you did, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. After clicking edit it tries to load the edit page but just shows thin white bar where it should be
