After CalderForms core update, some processor settings are cleared

This has been happening over the past many CF updates. Here's the workflow:

1. Be on an older version of CF core
2. Have a form with the CF MailChimp Processor configured with the name, email, list, etc
3. Update CF core to the latest version
4. Confirm that the name and email settings of the MailChimp processor on that form have been cleared. See here:

I'm not sure whether this happens with other similar processors, but it happens to the MailChimp one every time.

Seems it may be related to this OLD Bitbucket issue from 2015: https://bitbucket.org/calderadev/caldera-forms-mailchimp/issues/2/error-the-email-parameter-should-include

This is still an ongoing painpoint with every Caldera update

This happens with me too, but not only on core update. It can happen just by editing something in the fields/layout. Kinda irritating. It is only the email-field that is affected in the mailchimp processor.
