[feature request] Add fielset/legend block #2376

Hi, For semantic and best practice purposes, it would be nice to add fieldset/legend to group fields. For now we have to use a HTML block to add a title over a group of fields, which is not best practice friendly and not easy to translate because it's not retrieved in Caldera Forms Translation plugin.

Thanks a lot for this awesome plugin!

+1 There is the hr field which can be used for separating form parts, but it got no title or text.
