This is dead code.

There is still an unused out of date enqueue method for loading CF Pro client from /dist in /Users/josh/valet/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/Caldera-Forms/includes/cf-pro-client/bootstrap-cf-pro.php that needs removed.

Related, the old vendor dir was still in svn, but not in git. Removed here: https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/caldera-forms?rev=1900109
