Does Your Issue Persist When You Disable All Other Plugins and Switch To The Default Theme?
Yes
What Is The Unexpected Behaviour?
I have set up a contact form with your plugin for several web sites. The contact form is almost the same so I exported it on one site and imported it again on other sites, then I changed the sender address etc. in the mail settings. For other sites where I have imported the form, the "old" sender address A appears now in the email instead of the one that I have configured (B). The address from A appears nowhere in the website of customer B. Thats really weird.
What PHP Errors Have You Logged While Reproducing This Bug?
no PHP errors
What JavaScript Errors Have You Seen While Reproducing This Bug?
Sorry my fault. Issue can be closed. Problem was the Autoresponse setting under "processors" - there is another field where the sender address must be entered.
