@cicichirinos I need more information to Please provide steps to re-create this issue. Also, please use as many parts of the issue template as are relevant to your bug and delete the others.

For me to be able to help here I would need to know:

What kinds of fields are being used in a form. What kind of input masks are being used and if the masked fields are required and what steps are needed to trigger this unexpected behaviour.

Also what JavaScript console errors are present or are there none when the page is loaded and after triggering the unexpected behaviour?

Used health check plugin. Disabled all plugins except for Caldera forms and health check. No difference.

Agree that this seems to be a duplicate as noted above.
