Does Your Issue Persist When You Disable All Other Plugins and Switch To The Default Theme?

What Is The Unexpected Behaviour?

When I rename & change the extension of a file with .odt type to .txt or other and similarly from .txt to .odt, .docx and etc it is not getting uploaded and I get a warning "This file type cannot be uploaded because of security reasons" Instead I expected the file to upload.

@swapnilmanjrekar , @Shelob9 isn't this the behavior we expect ? If a file is renamed it shouldn't pass validation, unless it is correctly converted.
