Form sent - having page show an overview to the user. #298

I think this has been up earlier but I can not recall right now.

After the user has clicked the submit button it would be good to have the option to show what was sent directly on the page for the user, perhaps even including a button at the end asking if the user wants the information sent to their e-mail address.
