Hello @masterfulmktg , thank you for the details, my first test showed errors in the console but I was able to submit the form as the Ajax submission had been disabled automatically.
Could you provide the full debug information please ? ( with the list of plugins, you can see it from your WordPress admin at Caldera Forms -> Support under the debug information tab )

Hi Nicolas, hope I got this right.
The form worked when I unchecked the Aggregate JS files in Autoptimize. Did not when it was checked.

Retested using Caldera 1.8.1 with Ajax and Autoptimize activated and form submitted no problem.
