Back End Styling Disrupted After Last Update

Do You Need Immediate Help? --Yes! I am unable to access the entries from the forms! Is This A Feature Request?--Nope What Version Of Caldera Forms, WordPress and PHP Are You Using?--WordPress Version: 4.9.13PHP Version: 7.0.33MySQL Version: 5.6.44Caldera Forms Version: 1.8.9WP_DEBUG: Does Your Issue Persist When You Disable All Other Plugins and Switch To The Default Theme?--This is not an option. I have disabled Caldera Forms, downloaded the current version from WordPress and re-activated. No change. What Is The Unexpected Behaviour?--All styling seems to be gone. Pop up models will not open to show the results of forms. All field edit abilities usually on the right are at the bottom of the form. I have another WordPress installation running on the same server/host without this problem. I did not update this plugin for a while, but this began with the most recent update. What PHP Errors Have You Logged While Reproducing This Bug?--No results for this plugin. Other plugin errors, but those have been with the site since development and never interfered with this plugin before. What JavaScript Errors Have You Seen While Reproducing This Bug?-- JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 Accessing the method 'addValidator' through Validator is deprecated. I have rolled back to 1.8.0 which has given me back the styling and entries.
