Processor>Conditional Recipient: ‘Reply To Email” Not working #3559

Open dandumond opened 4 years ago

Hello,

While using the Conditional Recipient Processor, the “Reply To Email” field populated with a Magic Tag (%email_address%) is not being recognized.

I tried it both with “Remove Default?” checked and unchecked.

I’m convinced it’s a bug, can anyone verify this?

Thank you, Dan

Possibly related #3560

I have v1.9.0 installed and I found the line you're referring to in: /wp-content/plugins/caldera-forms/clients/form-builder/build/index.min.js

But I'm not quite sure exactly what I need to replace with what -- Sorry, but I'm not a strong coder.

dandumond commented 4 years ago

Unfortunately the issue still exists with v1.9.0 .

Unfortunately the issue still exists with v1.9.0 .

exists with v1.9.1 . - ?

And what kind of email client? Maybe it makes sense to check from different mailboxes? I had a problem with Yandex.

Sorry, I meant v1.9.1

I'm using Apple Mail with a gmail account.

The replyto function does work on other sites I've worked with using Contact Form 7 and the Divi form Module.

Were you able to get it working using the conditional recipient processor?

On three sites everything is OK. On one problem with the Yandex service. This is not critical for me. Perhaps the problems are not from Caldera. It is possible to configure the mailbox. It works without fail on "Gmail" - without apple mail. For the sake of experiment, try without Apple Mail
