Crumble not working & Accents fail to display #578

Hello, I build a three page form. 1) The page crumble stays on Page 1 and 2) The previous button on page 3 does not go back. I also noted that letter accents are not displaying correct in the CSV that is attached to the mailer. (See attached) These are extremely important and deal breakers.

Than I like to know how to translate the complete UI in Brazilian Portuguese. (See attached)

Can you please look into these issues? Thank you.
