Save arrays as single values. ie checkbox #5

It's annoying and mostly useless having array based meta data.

this might also require a refactor as in #4

Also, checkboxes values are displayed in CF metabox as "array" not as multiple values. I'm not sure what we can do about this, as we don't have repeatable fields.
