WordPress version: 4.9.9 PHP version: 7.2 Webserver: Apache 2.4 Caldera Forms version: 1.7.5 Add-on with conflict: Caldera Forms Google Analytics 1.0.2

If you have this Caldera Forms Google Analytics add-on enabled and Deactivate Caldera Forms Plugin, you will got a Fatal Error.
