Add License Button not working #8

when Add License Button is clicked, nothing happens.

Tried on both chrome and safari.

Caldera Plugins are in their latest version.

This has been only the case when "ActiveCampaign for Caldera Forms" Plugin is active. Once I try to deactivate it and then click on "Add License" Button, I get an empty menu with "Select plugin to License" (since the plugin was deactivated).
