[Feature Request] Block Key to Disable Reverse Scrolling #145

Zooming in and out when using editing applications is more natural with scroll reverse turned off but navigating the document (vertical scrolling) is better with reverse turned on.

I'd like to request the ability to temporarily disable reverse scrolling with a modifier key, in the same way that disabling smooth scrolling is implemented.

@analyticsdept Very sorry for missing your issues for long long time, this is really a good suggestion, I will consider adding a hotkey type to switch the reverse direction. But I need some time to think about how to make the configuration interface not too complicated.
