Integrate "Custom Templates Creator" plugin into NextWP Toolkit #10

Creating templates in WP through the UI is only really useful in headless sites, since these templates are just empty with no PHP in them.

Lets just move the functionality of Custom Templates Creator into NextWP Toolkit plugin as an optional feature!
