NextWP Toolkit - move NextWP settings to be nested under the WP Settings menu

This is for the nextwp toolkit wordpress plugin written in PHP.

Right now, the NextWP Toolkit settings are added as a top level menu item:

This should be moved to "Settings > NextWP Toolkit" instead

This is completed. I decided to move the NextWP menu item lower down, while also adding some sub menus and organizing things.

  • this is for adding templates via the UI instead of having to create php files in the theme, merged in functionality from my "Custom Templates Creator" plugin
