Base layout #60

At some point we will need to figure out a nice aesthetic layout for our base.

But this is obviously low priority.

Additionally we should add nice UI functionality like drop down menus and stuff. Or maybe ways to dynamically move UI elements around. Right now things are going to look very clunky when we have all our resource information on display as well as buttons for gathering and building.

One way to improve this would be to have taps. Where you can tab between either resources or information type. For example one section might look like this:

Resources: metal Metal properties would be displayed here liquid but also on this line wood and this one as well gas if you press another resource these values reflect values for that resource

This way we could have just a few sections around the screen, one for info, one for gathering, and one for building and then flip between the necessary resources as we need them.

Along with this we need to incorporate the scene view more seamlessly, I'm considering removing the sliding transition.
