Added Basic Resources + TimerButton Graphics Bug Fix #95

This PR just adds the shell of the resources. It makes resources accessible from all other parts of the game. It should be enough to allow us to start playing around with other game systems

As well it addresses a bug where the timer button would not update correctly.
